"We've spoken with hundreds of roofing companies over the last two years, and we've heard the same story over and over again. With rare exception, the roofing businesses using CRM or ERP software feel like they're not getting the most out of their systems. Often, they acknowledge that they know their system can do more, but for any number of reasons they're not unlocking that potential.

We know that success ultimately comes down to adoption and there are 3 common factors that get in the way of adoption: set-up, training, and customization. So we've designed a process to systematically remove those obstacles. It requires more from us, and it limits how many customers we can take on at once, but we're betting on service and we're betting on long-term relationships to build our business."

We believe at RAES that the return that you get on your software investment depends strongly on the quality of your implementation experience. 

For that reason, we offer an Extended Implementation Protocol as our standard process. What does that mean?

1. We fully set your system up for you so that it's ready to use.

2. We come to your office and train your whole team.

3. We gather your feedback and explore whether any adjustments are needed.

4. If necessary, we build custom capabilities to fit your company's needs.

All of this before your Per Job rate kicks in.

The cost of the implementation will vary for each company based on a variety of factors like how big your team is, how many locations you have, where your business is located, and whether your processes are well-defined or in need of evaluation. 

For most companies, the fee will be between $5,000 & $15,000 spread out over 3 installments. The best way to determine what it would cost to implement RAES in your business is to fill out an Implementation Estimate Form.

Your per job won rate will go into effect after the completion of your Extended Implementation which is anywhere from 5-15 weeks from the date of your first deposit. 

 

Because of RAES' automated pipeline, we are able to easily track when jobs reach the Pre-Production phase. 

Many of our most valuable features are not available until jobs have reached this phase, so even if our customers wanted to avoid paying their per job rate, they would have to sacrifice many of the tools that help them run more profitable and efficient jobs. 

Because we are selective about the companies we work with, we can be confident that our customers don't bother with the small-time mindset that steps over dollars to save pennies.

Everything about the way we operate is in acknowledgment that adopting a full business management software takes time and effort. 

We offer to take on the lion's share of time and effort to facilitate a successful adoption. At the same time, we don't want to force and we don't want to be forced to work with clients that don't want to work with us.

So we ask for a 1-year commitment to ensure that our time and effort is not wasted. However, we provide several opportunities during the Extended Implementation for clients to pull the plug if it becomes clear that RAES can't sufficiently support your operations.
